Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

The current processing time before shipping is 5-7 days.

Typically shipping takes 3-7 days, dependent on your location and the services selected at checkout. 

Can I track my order?

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. 

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost will be calculated at checkout and will vary based on the items in your cart and your location. 

Shipping Address Confirmation

If a shipping address is flagged in our system, we will reach out to confirm the address. If the address isn’t confirmed within 4 business days, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. 

Returns

How do I return an order?

Return your purchase within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return please contact wreathgarciahaus@gmail.com

In the subject line include the order number. Please include the reason for the return in the body of the email. Please note, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their order. The only exception we make in covering return costs is when the wrong item is sent. Please note that vintage items are final sale due to the nature of the product.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry this happened. All items are packaged with care, if an item arrives damaged please contact wreathgarciahaus@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. In the subject line include the order number and damaged product. In the email please send us a photo of the package and damaged items. Please note original packaging must be kept in order to process the damage claim.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email wreathgarciahaus@gmail.com asap. Cancellations can only occur during the processing phase, once your item has shipped we will have to process it as a return.

Can I exchange an item?

Due to the unique nature of our shop, we are unable to offer exchanges.
